Danilo "Danny" Noriega
I’m Danny, and I’ll be managing the RedTails. I grew up in Lodi and had some of the fondest memories playing Little League. At the time, I do not recall many travel programs being available and recreational baseball was all we really had. I had the chance to play for some great coaches who taught me a lot about the game and how to carry myself on and off the field.
I was never a pro, a minor leaguer or a college level ball player. I simply grew up playing this game at various levels, including club ball before graduating college.
After graduation, I returned home where I played for the ABA & NJABL over the course of 6 seasons as a catcher, pitcher & infielder. What I’ll always remember about those experiences was the fun and support I had from teammates & coaches. I hope to bring that level of fun experience here to those joining the RedTails. Welcome to the program and we look forward to learning a lot about this game and hope to have a great time while doing so!

Rob Benham
My name is Rob Benham and I've been managing & coaching my son and daughters baseball and softball teams since 2017. I came up through the Little League system from T-ball and I'm so happy that my kids are following in those footsteps with the love of the game. I played through high school as a starting Pitcher. If I wasn't pitching I was on 3rd base or in the outfield.
The reason I'm volunteering to Coach this RedTails travel team is because I want to create a place where kids in our community can play higher level ball at an affordable price. We're non-profit and all the money we collect will go back to the kids via equipment, high level guest trainers, batting cage sessions, etc.. I'm looking forward to helping our kids sharpen their skills so they can have more fun with the game as they get older.
My goal is simple...I want each kid we train to be able to make their high school team. Where they choose to take it from there, the sky's the limit!

Brian T. Deegan
I’m Brian and one of the coaches and instructors for the Parsippany RedTails Baseball Program. I grew up playing baseball in Parsippany along with Basketball, Football, Soccer and Hockey. I have coached little league, travel ball and scouted players for their next level. I coached Morris Catholic High School’s Baseball Team along with a Travel Program. I have also coached Soccer and Hockey at various levels including Rec, Travel and High School. I also have taught player strength and conditioning for many area athletes.
Baseball has always been my favorite sport and I enjoy coaching and developing players to have fun playing the game. I have instructed players at each position along with hitting mechanics and provided private lessons in pitching, fielding, catching and hitting.
I love helping players develop their game. I believe players are most successful when they play multiple sports and learn how to improve their skills by making mistakes and learning from the mistakes. It is my goal for our players to develop and have fun being part of the RedTail Program.
